About Project
It was aimed to convey METU nature to users in a better way by making a game design. The main purpose of the game is to teach users about the determined creatures on campus by visiting METU nature. As users approach the probable locations of the creatures, icons can appear on the screen according to the creature type. If users can successfully complete random mini-games, they will be able to get that creature as an achievement.

Final Design
Metu Odyssey's interface screens were designed to make it easier for users to explore METU's natural life and interact with creatures. It was tried to reflect to users that this application is both a game-playing and informative application.
Onboarding Screens



Main Screen
The center of the screen features an avatar representing the user, showing the user’s current location on the map, surrounded by various iconic symbols that can be discovered throughout the campus. The top of the home screen displays information about the user, such as their energy level, points collected, and in-game currency. These elements make it easy for the user to track their in-game progress.



On the bottom left, there is a home icon where you can click on it to see your friends' in-game interactions. On the bottom right, there is a profile icon where you can click on it to make some adjustments and see some information. By clicking on the icon in the center, you can access other features in the game such as the market, achievements, etc.
Catching a creature
When the user approaches the probable location of the animals in the game, they must click on the icon that appears on the screen and successfully pass the mini-game that appears randomly in the game in order to win that animal.





Achievement and Leaderboard
On the Achievement page, the user can view the animals they have and have not achieved and access their information. On the Leaderboard page, users can view who has caught the most animals and collected the most points monthly.



Route Screens
The location of the natural areas that must be seen related to METU is displayed on the route screen and when you click on the location, the route directs you to that location.



Market and Energy Trade
In the in-game market, users can earn coins by completing certain tasks, and with these coins they can buy clothes to personalize their avatars. On the Energy Trade page, users can exchange the points they earn for energy, which gives them the chance to earn more points.



Profile Page and My Avatar
On the profile page, users can access information such as their level, the number of achievements, and which routes they have visited. On the My Avatar page, they can customize their avatars with clothes purchased from the market.
